Email Us for Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please send an email to customercare@himmelclothing.com.

Provide Your Order Information
In your email, make sure to include the order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email or receipt. Additionally, provide your customer name and email, ensuring that you use the same name and email address that were used when placing the order. -
State the Reason for Cancellation
While not required, providing a reason for the cancellation will help us process your request more efficiently.

Wait for Our Response
After reviewing your request, we will notify you of the cancellation outcome. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval of the cancellation request.
Important Notes:
- You cannot cancel specific products within an order. If you wish to cancel part of your order, the entire order will be canceled.
- If the order has already been delivered, our return policy applies.
- Once the cancellation request is submitted, it cannot be undone. If canceled, you will need to place a new order if you change your mind.
- If the order is in transit at the time of cancellation, we will process the refund once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.
