Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Himmel Clothing
We offer refund /exchange within 2 days from the date of delivery, if 2 days have passed since your date of delivery, you will not be offered a refund /exchange of any kind.

Prepaid COD Deduction Policy

In the case of prepaid COD orders, if the parcel is returned to origin (RTO) due to reasons such as refusal, unreachable contact, incorrect address, or failure to receive the delivery, a deduction of ₹250 will be applied towards shipping and handling charges. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

We request our customers to kindly ensure accurate delivery details and availability to avoid such deductions.

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are cancelled, then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on that order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim a replacement or refund for defective products. Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, incase of exchange the new product will be shipped to your shipping address.

  • For  payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For cash on delivery transaction, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • Refunds will be issued for the product cost only. A shipping and handling fee of ₹250 is non-refundable. However, in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, a full refund including the shipping charges will be processed.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

For all those pin codes, where pickup service is available by reputed couriers, the return pickup time would be within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and other holidays), however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the pickup of your product due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control, for which we shall not be liable and would request you to cooperate with us as we continuously try to reduce such instances.

For Tier 3 and Tier 4 locations, return pickup availability may vary. In cases where our courier partners are unable to arrange a pickup, we kindly request customers to ship the product back to us from their end. The refund will be initiated once the product is delivered to us and successfully clears the quality check.

How to Return an Item Purchased on Himmel Clothing?

If you wish to return an item purchased from Himmel Clothing, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Eligibility: Ensure that the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact. Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team at customercare@himmelclothing.com with your order number, reason for return, and a clear image of the product.

  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Ship the Product: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label or the return address details. You can either drop it off at the nearest courier centre or we will schedule a pickup.

  5. Receive Your Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Exchange an Item Purchased on Himmel Clothing?

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow these steps:

  1. Check Exchange Eligibility: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

  2. Request an Exchange: Contact our support team at  customercare@himmelclothing.com with your order number, details of the item you want to exchange, and the preferred replacement item.

  3. Pack and Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the provided return address after exchange approval. A nominal shipping fee of ₹250 will be applicable.

  4. Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will dispatch the replacement item. You will receive a tracking number once it is shipped.
